Puraviele Return & Withdrawal Policy

Depending on your location, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or withdrawal request, items must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and returned in a resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, body care, and personal care products can only be returned if they are unopened or if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@puraviele.com.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are refundable only for approved damaged or incorrect items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

The following items cannot be returned: opened or used skincare or body care products, hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals, and personalized or made-to-order products.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

A €15 handling fee may apply to orders that are refused upon delivery, not collected from a pickup location, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
