Welcome to Puraviele. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services. You agree not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities, interfere with its functionality or security, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or services.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing, descriptions, availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and processing. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or suspicious ordering behavior is detected. If a paid order is cancelled, a refund will be issued accordingly.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return & Withdrawal Policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, body care, cosmetic, personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We aim to deliver orders within 30 days, although delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, you may have the right to request a cancellation or refund where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

All payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers. If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect charges, please contact us immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puraviele is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or issues resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of products. All products are intended for personal use only, and individual results may vary.
